Who We Are

Mrs. Jennifer Van Dusen is the Director of the International Center. She has had several years of experience working with new expatriate families at the International Academy, an IB School in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Jennifer has lived in Michigan for many years, and has educated her own children through the local public schools.

Mrs. Maureen Mendel teaches English as a Second Language (ESL) at the International Academy, and in community adult schools. She has taught many people to speak, read and understand English and therefore succeed in life in the United States.
